If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your QWIK~CORK, simply Call or Email us within 30 days from your time of purchase and follow the steps below. We will be happy to issue a refund or replacement upon completion of the following steps:
- Provide your order number.
- Specify Refund or Replacement
- Provide the name on the Credit Card used to for your purchase.
- Provide the shipping address for your order.
- Provide a brief description of the reason for your return.
- Replacements: Follow steps 1- 4 and Confirm shipping address.
**If you choose to request your refund or exchange via email; please include "REFUND" or "REQUEST" in the subject line.
You should receive your refund within 5 - 7 business days.
